After another baby and 2 years I competed in the Buffalo Triathlon. Once again, I am hooked. I cannot wait to do another. I am just not sure about when and which one. I have already missed the deadline of a few others. This Tri was my best time ever! If you want to see the results go to onlineraceresults.com! There was some drama at this race. My dad said there was a woman in my wave that had to be rescued from the lake. Another man was hit by a car while on his bike and taken to the hospital! Otherwise everyone was fine and had a good time that I know of! Who is ready to do one with me next year? Any takers?

This is awesome!! Was it a full or a mini triathalon? If you wouldn't mind, I'd love talking to you more about this! I am looking into trying one, but no one's here to really train with me!! Any tips for a beginner!?
